Reports to: Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Initial commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week, subject to final scope
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to London, Italy and industry events. UK/BST or European timezone required.

We are looking for a Community Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day operations behind Future Fashion Assembly's growing members.
Our digital platform is the primary home of the Future Fashion Assembly community. Your role will be to make sure the people, processes and activity around it work effectively, from onboarding and ongoing engagement to CRM management, events, programmes and commercial follow-up.
You will work closely with the Founder and Chief Executive Officer and across our wider team and partners to keep activity organised, members engaged and opportunities moving forward.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen, bringing structure to multiple moving parts and ensuring that actions do not get lost between a conversation and delivery.
